“During November in a half moon day, the bio bay might not as luminous as expected. The tour was on time. It was muddy before boarding the kayak but they provided water spray to cleanup, so be ready in case you get drenched before or during kayaking.”

Neat experience kayaking in the dark and seeing the bay, but when it's time to see the luminescence, they put all kayaks tight together and cover with tarp. You need to hold the tarp up with one hand and use your other hand to splash the water to see them "light up".
